Since 2015, consumers have become markedly more comfortable using their mobile phone for ecommerce.
Sample insights when comparing the 2017 and 2015 consumer surveys:
- 53% of consumers have bought a product on a mobile device (+22%)
- 56% have researched a product with the intent to buy later in-store (+19%)
- 47% use a mobile phone for ecommerce at least once a month (+14%)
