Adam Joseph is the Director of Client Services for ChannelAdvisor in EMEA and Australia. In this role, Adam oversees the delivery of exceptional customer experience and strives to create long-term value for ChannelAdvisor customers. Adam brings a wealth of leadership and customer success experience, having previously held the role of vice president of customer success for Avention and product manager for Reuters. He received a Bachelor of Science in business information technology from the University of Westminster.
