Founded in 2008, Burlington Group has carved a successful niche in the collection of arrears in the consumer finance arena and in the enforcement of judgment debts as High Court Enforcement Officers. Traditionally, Burlington’s focus has been upon servicing the consumer and motor finance industries, providing field debt collection and asset recovery services. Since 2009, Burlington has grown to become the ‘go to’ supplier to the motor finance industry; with several bank-led lenders and almost all of the motor finance ‘captives’ now retaining Burlington’s services. In 2011, Burlington established a judgment enforcement capability as High Court Enforcement Officers and has made a considerable impact in the judgment enforcement industry in a short space of time.
