After over a decade in client services working across many large B2B and B2C brands, Steve has since migrated over to a more structured marketing and brand role at Indicia. Working closely with colleagues in Planning, Creative and Client Services, he helps to maximise the collaborative benefits of strategic insights for a wide range of clients.

A keen advocate of customer engagement and effective message targeting, he has been actively involved throughout the research and whitepaper process.
